Oil Collection
1. Locate the reservoir under the vehicle, adjust the oil basin to the designed height and brake the caster
2. Ensure the reservoir has sufficient remaining capacity (the waste oil level can be checked from the sight tube on the side of the tank). The waste oil should always be depleted before exceeding the maximum level. The reservoir will not drain if the waste oil exceeds the maximum level.
Waste Oil Depletion
1. Return the oil basin to the lowest height and brake the caster. The drainage tube is fitted with an internal ball
check to prevent back up of oil when tank is pressurized.
2. Secure the depletion hose to the bulk waste oil tank and open the valve.
3. Connect to air compressor, and do not exceed recommended pressure. Commence the depletion process.
4. After the depletion, disconnect the air compressor.
5. Close depletion hose valve and return it to the retaining bracket on the side of the tank.
